I am proud 2nd generation owner/operator that I personally have over 36 years of experience in asphalt sealcoating. I started at the young age of 12 years old during summer break of 1988 with my father, and sealed with him about every summer for many years. I perform all duties from proposal offered to you, to sealcoating and hot 400 degree rubber crack filling to barricading your fresh, professional sealed asphalt driveway. When Scottie, owner/operator of C&J Sealcoating & Grant (summer months) arrives to your home we will:
- Power sweep and blow off dirt and debris off your asphalt
- Trim and edge the grass along the edges for a manicured look with my ego custom trimmer
- Treat any oil spots and chemical stains (some stains may bleed out)
- Apply hot rubber to the large cracks and along the aprons (APRON FILL EXTRA PRICE)
- Carefully seal your driveway with my custom broom with great care. I only purchase my sealer from a local asphalt seal manufacturing plant and I also use my own additives into the process to give my customers a JET BLACK well manicured with protection you need from MN seasons.
- Rope off the job when complete with C&J SEALCOATING barrier tape & be the envy of your neighbors with a well protected asphalt driveway all done by Scottie & Grant of C&J SEALCOATING
