I use quality sealer from a local manufacturer in MINNESOTA with black slag sand and toughest rubber additives with DIRECT FIRE HOT RUBBER on major cracks. (Apron crackfill extra charge) Using my preferred, local sealcoat manufacturer will expand the life of your asphalt creating a JET BLACK appearance while creating a barrier to your asphalt. I do all the work from estimate proposals, to cleaning and hand applying sealer with my custom made broom to roping off end of driveway with lime green or white barrier tape.
